US based – but globally focused !

I was thinking today of how lucky I am to be in the business of working globally! I had a phone meeting with a Chinese friend with whom I am setting up an exciting project which involves a student trip to China which will begin next week. I was in Florida and she was in California, although she’s usually based in DC. The students who will participate are among those I have trained through Global SKILLs in the past year. One is from Thailand and one is from the US. This is just a small example of how my daily interactions really do span the globe…and with technology, I can reach out and touch this wide world with a tap on my keyboard. Isn’t that amazing?!
